Healthy White Fish Burgers
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 1lb Chunky White Fish
- 1/4 cup Panko Crumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Minced Basil
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Low Calorie Burger Buns
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- Lettuce
- Cucumber Strips (Use Potato Peeler)
- 1 Alvocado Sliced
Directions:
1. Pulse fish in food processor until well chopped
2. Combine fish, breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 egg white, dijon mustard, garlic, salt, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and basil. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 min.
3. Form 4 burger patties and brush both sides with oil. Fry over medium heat for 4-5 min on either side.
4. Toast buns and add tomato slice, alvocado slice, and cucumber strips. Serve with your favorite low-cal condiment.
